Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Aethura application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Aethura ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; sublicense or sell access to the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Subscription & Pricing
Aethura offers a premium subscription ("Aethura Premium") that unlocks full access to all sessions, frequencies, voice guides, and programs within the App.
- Monthly subscription: $14.99 per month after a 7-day free trial
- Annual subscription: $99.99 per year (where available)
- Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on local App Store pricing
- A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers at our discretion
Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your subscription is subject to the payment terms of the applicable platform.
Your 7-day free trial begins the moment you start it. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the then-current subscription rate.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable platform (Apple or Google) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Renewal charges will appear on your account statement as "Aethura" or similar.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium content until that date.
To cancel on iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Aethura → Cancel Subscription.
To cancel on Android: Google Play → Account → Subscriptions → Aethura → Cancel.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their standard refund processes.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including audio sessions, voice recordings, music, frequency compositions, text, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Aethura and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content within the App.
Aethura's audio content is designed for wellness and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek qualified professional guidance for health concerns.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AETHURA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.
Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms.
